Board-certified Dermatologist and Board-certified & Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon
As a board-certified dermatologist and a board-certified and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, I have expertise in all areas on the skin. I completed my dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Then, I moved to St. Louis for advanced surgical training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Washington University in St. Louis.

I have treated thousands of surgical patients for skin cancer removals both via traditional excisions as well as with Mohs Micrographic Surgery. I have extensive training in reconstruction after removal of skin cancers. I treat patients for a variety of skin conditions ranging in age from newborns to those greater than 100 years old. I perform skin examinations to identify skin cancer as well as evaluations for acne, various rashes, warts, dyspigmentation - to name a few.
I am also highly specialized in cosmetics. I perform neurotoxin injections, soft tissue augmentation with facial fillers, microneedling, platelet-rich plasma injections, chemical peels and more!

I moved to Northern Nevada in 2020 and fell in love with the Sierra Nevada, which is how Pacific Crest Dermatology was born. When I am not at work, I am a prolific knitter. I also enjoy running, hiking, and backcountry and downhill skiing. And, of course, spending time with my husband and my dog, Rocket.

Dermatology Physician Assistant
Sydnee is a physician assistant who has completed advanced physician assistant fellowship training to focus her career on dermatology and conditions of the skin. Her focus is on medical dermatology, including the treatment of acne, rashes, and skin cancer screening exams. Sydnee has a passion for educating her patients and ensuring the highest quality of care. She feels fortunate to be able to specialize in the field of dermatology and help her patients feel safe and comfortable in their skin.
Sydnee moved to Reno from the Midwest. She loves hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing, and traveling to national parks around the area.
Sydnee is an intelligent and conscientious provider who has a warm smile and a kind heart. She is looking forward to caring for patients in Northern Nevada!
